• Location: Manassas, VA

• Hours: Varying shifts (5:30am-2:30pm or 2:30pm-11:30pm)

Role

We're looking for positive, reliable people to help fill orders for custom printed t-shirts at our Manassas, VA production facility.

Responsibilities

• picking shirts from inventory, along with reporting damaged goods and restocking shelves a few times a week (boxes weigh up to 50 lbs)
• operating light equipment, including a printer and a heat press for printing on blank items and drying the decorated product
• providing quality control by inspecting all printed goods and working 'problem' orders back through production as necessary
• packing/shipping orders using a postage meter and a variety of packing and shipping materials such as envelopes and boxes. You may also be required to take the packaged items to the designated post office for shipment.

You will handle hundreds of items on a daily basis, so comfort with details, such as product counts, and deadlines is a necessity.

Qualifications

A track record of remaining focused and productive with similar work is desired. This job also requires some computer work, so you should be comfortable working in Excel; skills in the entire Microsoft Office suite are a plus. We expect to have opportunities for advancement in this growing part of our company, so leadership qualities are also a plus.
